PhaseLynk is operated by Rokaura LLC.
If you have a PhaseLynk account and want to delete your account and associated data, you can do either of the following:
1. In the PhaseLynk app
Sign in to your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.
2. By email
Send an account deletion request to phaselynk@outlook.com using the email address connected to your PhaseLynk account.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- Your company name, if applicable
- A clear request to delete your PhaseLynk account
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, PhaseLynk deletes or removes access to account data associated with your user account, including your profile, login access, company membership, and related account records.
If you are the company owner and request deletion of the company workspace, company data may also be deleted, including jobs, daily reports, Time Sheets, photos, invitations, members, company settings, Field Manager records, subcontractor records, and related company data.
What data may be retained
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, backup, or compliance purposes.
Processing time
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the request.
