Name, email address, password (stored hashed), profile details, and authentication identifiers.
Company Information
Company name, billing details, subscription status, branding, team membership, and roles.
Job / Project Information
Job names, numbers, addresses, trades, phases, dates, assignments, status, and notes.
Field Manager and Subcontractor Information
Names, contact details, trade, capacity, assigned jobs, and performance metrics created in your workspace.
Daily Reports
Report text, weather, crew counts, work performed, and related notes.
Uploaded Photos and Files
Images and documents you upload through daily reports, jobs, or branding.
Time Sheet Information
Entry dates, start/end times, breaks, totals, status, and audit history.
Billing / Subscription Information
Plan, trial status, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
Device, Browser, and Usage Information
IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security and product analytics.
Cookies / Session Data
We use cookies and similar technologies (including browser storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as "Remember me", and maintain session security.
2. How We Use Information
PhaseLynk may process job schedules, workload data, daily report notes, photos, and related project information to provide app features such as forecasting, reporting, notifications, AI summaries, and performance tracking. We also use information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and protect account security.
- Send transactional emails such as confirmations, password resets, and notifications.
- Process subscriptions and billing.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. How We Share Information
We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their services:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure.
- Email notification providers — delivery of transactional emails.
- AI providers — when you use AI features (such as schedule risk summaries or daily report cleanup), relevant content may be processed by an AI provider to generate the response.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
PhaseLynk does not sell personal information.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
5. Data Retention
We retain Customer Content while your company account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support recovery, billing, and legal obligations. Backups may persist for a limited additional period.
6. User Choices and Account Settings
You can update your profile, notification preferences, and password at any time from your account settings.
Access, Correction, or Deletion Requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing phaselynk@outlook.com. Some requests may require verification of your identity, and certain information may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
Company Admin Controls
Company Admins and Owners can manage users, roles, and Customer Content within their workspace, including removing users and deleting workspace data.
7. Children's Privacy
PhaseLynk is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. State and Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
